Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition with all tags attached.
All sale, defective item and promotional with discount / coupon / vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Upon receipt of the Products, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement (if any) via email as soon as practicable.
DELIVERY PERIOD – 3 to 5 working days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia. – 5 to 7 working days for delivery to Sabah and Sarawak. – 10 to 14 working days for international deliveries.
